Seven years ago (August 2010), we experienced an adrenalin-rush adventure in Cagayan de Oro. Being a highly-urbanized city in the southern-part of the Philippines, it's surprising to know that Cagayan de Oro offers such a great rafting adventure every local or foreign tourist will love.
