Throwback: A Paradise Called Batanes - The First Encounter 2015
By Jeremy - Wednesday, April 01, 2015
With full thrill and excitement, my KATROPA and I had our first taste of beautiful Batanes last April 2015. We visited the small towns of Basco and Sabtang. Batanes is a small island in the nothern-most part of the Philippines located at Cagayan Valley Region. Batanes is known for it's breath-taking sights. Just about 190 kilometers south of Taiwan, Batanes is composed on six Municipalities. As of 2017, there are only 17,000+ people live in Batanes.
During that time, Philippine Airlines and SkyJet are the only carriers that brings tourist to Batanes. Just recently, Cebu Pacific now offers flight from Manila to Batanes.
Come on and let's revisit our first adventure on the paradise called Batanes.
